Refund policy

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Unfortunately, refunds or exchanges will not be offered after 30 days

All returns must be:

1 - Shipped prepaid (You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs)
2 - The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
3 – The product must be in the original packaging
4 – A receipt or proof of purchase must be included

Replacements
We guarantee the product to be free of defects in original workmanship and materials. We will replace any defective product at no cost to the customer, provided the customer uses the product in a proper and careful manner for which it was designed, and that the defect in not the result of misuse or abuse.

Refunds (if applicable)
If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
